Joined Z and Q for their Tuesday hill repeats from the house. So good. Training before I knew what happened! Ha. 3rd one woke up something in me.

3x Lake Forest 3:16, 3:13, 3:05 and then 4 strides between light poles while I waited on them to finish the rest of theirs before the slog back home.
