Bonita down to Bonelli at sunset and back on the dark. So nice out and Bonita streets are best ever. I could live there

Solid rust buster around Laguna regional and Aliso. Metronome pacing by just effort and up mentally sensitive and down meadows was a welcomed break. Surprised how good I felt the entire time. A weeks worth of running in a day and prob my longest run in about two years. Felt natural and plenty left to give.

Nice spin down to BB, CCbon and up crown home. Felt like I could ride all day. Chat w Todd in BB and headed back to help Joe. Perfect time in the saddle.

Burbank treadmill. Felt really good. All sickness, weak feeling gone and gut is good to go. O2 felt good!

Quick shot up the front of GMR on the way home. I'm fat. Felt great to climb again but at my limit of comfort for 47. Stoked to make progress again. 4 races and three new shoes this week :)
