Road Bike 5:55:00 [3] 107.0 mi (18.1 mph) +5505ft

Sunday stoker. Rolled out to meet the girls and then headed solo after tru bru thu the canyon, over the back of San Clemente and down to Del Mar. so stoked to see monique shredding on the Slate!

About 147 this morning and feeling as strong as ever on the bike...that following a massive BBQ at Nikos last night.

My tires have not been pumped up in a couple weeks and I was rolling on about 60lbs of pressure. Pumping them to 100 today and following the TT on our MTBs yesterday made me feel like i was shot out of a canon and had a tailwind at my back from the start...the latter which became a reality in the ride across the base.

Quickly into dreamland and some stretch goals for the end of the year. I cannot believe how quickly four, five and six hours were rolling by.... "when 100 miles feels like an easy Sunday spin I know I'm ready". Could have ridden to the boarder and back with some effort and an open schedule. That would not have been easy but I know it would be possible and that makes all the difference.

Road Bike 36:00 [3] 10.0 mi (16.7 mph) +300ft

Rolling to macas house for the old folks potluck. I destroyed it!!! ;)

Legs felt amazing and so stoked with the weather I didn't want to stop ridding.

MTN Bike 3:44:00 [3] 52.6 mi (14.1 mph) +3737ft

Rolled out with Jerry from his pad for some hard efforts out to and up the steeps at turn bull.

I love ridding with Jerry. Always pushing to bring out the best in each other and full on positive.

Heading back we were jumping back on bike path and there was a big group up ahead. He said "let's make a push to get on that train so we can sit in the draft rolling back". Ha! I should have known. We just smashed some hard climbs and then put in a big effort to get to the back of this group with TT bikes, aero wheels and helmets. Tri Nerds. When we finally got on the trail I was watching our speed drop below 20mph while I recovered and I knew it was only a matter of time before I saw Jerry come around me. Ha! Here we go.... When we got to the front we kept the pace about 4mph faster and one by one we saw those poor suckers popping off the back. Only one guy in the group started taking short pulls but Jerry and I were fat tore full speed ahead for the next 30min+. So fun! Perfect cool down rolling back to his pad.

Swim 10:00 [3]

Early before some biz... Amazing how just a couple short sessions and feeling so much efficient flopping around.

Running 42:00 [3] 3.7 mi (11:21 / mi) +357ft 10:24 / mi
shoes: SprinterHokas

RAN WITH FINN! all the way to school. He wanted to run his first day and did the entire way (over a mile) and he was sore for a couple days. haha. We ran together today and every time I started walking he would say "run the whoooole way dada"... I told him he was going to be sore again but he just kept charging!
Ran w/ Mo and Mav to the coffee shop after and walked home.

Road Bike 1:00:00 [3] 18.0 mi (18.0 mph)

25min around the hood and then hopped on the trainer before BBQ time at Petes.
