Oside run 1 of many to come with Jose. Out of my element running without a stop the entire time but the treadmill has been a huge help. All mental and I’m getting the turnover. Went by fast and was fun. Surprised how good I felt just chatting and after ride yesterday - never pushed it. Looking forward to the miles ahead.

Rolled down to Oside with the boys after a quick BB loop. Jose, Carlos, Nick and Z spinning costal. Still sore from this bike on Thur ride and feeling the fatigue but feels good to be out and working in the sun.

Friday. Big day of work and finished “the last sprinter project” kitchen setup. Long day and exhausted but ready for the weekend. Fingers crossed for CG ELA!

First real ride in a bit. Felt fast on a road bike but the pedaling was like...why you all in such a rush. Finally came around up the 133 and felt great to sit on some solid effort. Legs are weak.
