feet and calves still sore from the barefoot run but easy start and stoked to be running in SF again. Out to Crissy field for a call and then over the bridge for some trail time in Marin. Got to business miles 10-15 heading back and felt great! So stoked on everything right now and it is fueling these runs.

Reef point running with the family. The boys lost their shoes and I did too. Not the best idea. I feel like I have been walking on coals and my bones are shattered. If I dont break I will have some strong feet.

Feeling awesome this morning. Got over seven hours sleep and shins 100%. Stoked to run with the pack today. 16 if is our from back bay. Co trolled effort and pace - even when Evan took a couple guys to 6:20 pace I tried to hold just under seven. Way easy compared to last week. This might just work out!

Taped up legs yesterday and tried to get some rest. Super busy at work and have never been more stoked on managing the triangle in my life. Flying high down bomber canyon!!!

Slammed through work this morning and unfortunately ran through the heat of the day but my shins feel good and my heart is ready for anything. Doing it my way
