Running 13:00 [3] 1.6 mi (8:07 / mi)
shoes: Nike-Zoom-Peg33-green

Lido warm up in the early morning heat.

Tired but legs feel broken. Sprinters on PCH, GMR and Mammo redline following up fourth day in a row running. Tough week with a good load of intensity over the last ten days.

Running 1:24:00 [3] 12.0 mi (7:00 / mi) +50ft 6:58 / mi
shoes: Nike-Zoom-Peg33-green

Running with the crew from Newps to HB boardwalk.

Not easy. Really didn’t think I would run after warm up so bonus I guess. Mid-80’s and fatigues but pace felt easy. Just clicking off miles with Jose and Sam but it was hard not to stop. I took a break at the turn around and about mile 10 heading back. Tired. Solid run and week. Time for some rest.

Road Bike 4:05:00 [3] 72.0 mi (17.6 mph) +2800ft

Bro crew down PCH - ride from home to meet them and then to B.B. to get car and run. Hot and windy.

Few hours of sleep and so warm I didn’t even bring a jacket for the drop down 133 before 6am! Great group with some sprinter efforts on the rollers through Laguna. Flipped it early and rode back w Nick to run only to get mentally pumped up before realizing I had the wrong key. Aghhh...

Cycling legs are on the loom even with rolling fatigue now

B.B. mini loop off the bike.

Hot and not pushing pace. Just relaxed and trying not to overheat but still got a little cooked. Stoked to get this in. Thank you Monique the love of my life ;)

Running 34:00 [3] 5.1 mi (6:40 / mi) +755ft 5:51 / mi
shoes: NB-GreyYels

Hicks path I’m the heat - upper 80’s

Slow morning and Zestee lb got canceled so I headed out. Hot! Felt good running but took some breaks at fountains. Form is getting solid. Legs destroyed from last two rides. R knee hurts. Not sure if it was from crash on Trevor’s bike or going ape-shit on the last ridge section yday.

Road Bike 1:12:00 [3] 10.1 mi (8.4 mph) +240ft

Bear Flag dinner ride w/ the fam in HB.

Super nice night and good times with the crazy crew.

Road Bike 3:20:00 [3] 53.1 mi (15.9 mph) +6780ft

GMR East Fork on the 4th
https://www.strava.com/activities/1680972918

Solid day and stoked at the power with the fatigue in my legs and lack of sleep. Lots of driving in the last week. Huge crowd of ~300 cyclist out today on the climbs. Zero cars. Rolled out with the crew and lost everyone in the mix but Jerry, Art and myself hit E Fork on the way out. Still nice and cool. Hit a good tempo out on the ridgeline to the lodge. Still didn’t hurt like chasing at altitude yesterday with a 40lb bike!

Time to celebrate America!

MTN Bike 2:40:00 [3] 25.0 mi (9.4 mph) +2640ft

Mammo loops with Mike, Dave and Trevor.

Picked up a Nomad this morning and rushing out. I though we were going to ride with the DH crew that was tired but they didnt go so it was a hot pace and redliine on the Nomad. ugh...

Up rock creek trail and into Juniper before Trevor switched me shoes and bikes to I could rest on his Yeti ASR. So fun! Mountain was empty and it was a hard ride effort wise for me. Bombed all the way back down and the Nomad finally got to do its thing. Last section with Trevor was all time!
