Back Bay looper+ w/ the crew

Low week and only ran once on Monday with little ridding so legs feeling freshish... What a world of difference. Easy pacing out with Jerry and Sam and felt almost effortless at times. Really stoked to dial in this flat pace after last weekends 5300ft climbing. Started to have to work at about mile 14 with some wind but should absorb this well and be ready for next week.

Quick core getting going after conf. Little sleep last night and a big day. Didnt feel like workout out but so glad that I did and pumped after the run!

So crazy. Quads still super sore and rest of legs to the touch but just started jogging at 8, 7min mi and moved into a very comfy 6:4xish pace. Unreal how the treadmill feels so easy and mile after mile just click by now. I have never had this feeling and stoked to be doing something different and seeing/feeling some changes.
