First time ridding my road bike since moving g to Bend. Wow and I fat. Felt great to get out and climbed towards Mt B but flipped it at the first snow play area and headed for food and to have Mo Uber me back. Didn’t eat except for the massive chocolate doughnut at church in the morning so was bonking and beat.

Hood trails and up haul to Tehrow trails before Mavo was dropping chains and losing pedals. Hitch bikes in pull and first time taking them on the trails. We headed back at dark. Fun!

Smith Rock after flying back. So good! Last two days set me up for a few months of motivation. Amped on running again. Such a hard and good poop. Ran into sunset and will not forget the pink sky with the backdrop. Blessed to call Bend home.

Up at about 3:30am in hotel and hit up 24hr before flight. Longest workout and hardest with weights in over a year. Nice to be away from the house rehab for a spell...getting my life back!
