long run up through the gorge and trevallyn, did alot of climbing but pretty slow. felt pretty good altho couldn't find much rythm and lower back was really tight and sore, dont know why.

Quick run this morning up the gorge, had to for athelete development. Felt good after race yesterday which suprised me because felt like i had a viris or something the last few days. legs felt good but tired on the hills.

Had a recovery session this morning after quick run and race yesterday. Felt good. Just did 3x200 and 3x50 kick with board. felt pretty tired in the legs but feel good after recovery and suprisingly fresh.
Couldn't find any rhythm at all today on bike, no flow. Felt really crap this morning when woke up, with arms and legs aching. Really wet track in places. Brakes on bike were shithouse today. had to pull out in last lap just hit my limit.
