Had an exam and pretty tired anyway - was going to go down the gym afterwards but then it was closed because of the other exam going on. Maybe tomorrow.

Running warm up/down 40:00 [3]

Orienteering race 1:13:35 [4]

Feeling really good and running strongly. Fairly smooth orienteering to start with but made a big mistake in the technichal green slag heap. Problem was that I misread my map and thought that the feature immediatly was a sharp reentrant - it was infact a spur. Lost 2:20 minutes before realising. Lost about 4:30 minutes overall. 3rd today but 2nd overall. Well done to Ralph.

Orienteering race (middle) 28:58 [4]

FCC Middle. Took at a really steady pace and just had a clean run. Lost perhaps a minute in little mistakes and small hesitations. No need to do anything special. Felt my chest a bit but generally good. Decided that the chest problem is stress related and to do with all the exam revision and exams that I'm doing at the moment.

Running warm up/down 21:00 [2]

Running hills (terrain) 14:00 [5]

10 by 30 seconds with 60 seconds rest. Legs feeling really good but got the pain in my chest again, thought it was a stitch to start with - it felt like it was in my left shoulder - but it didn't go away. Only really noticed it when breathing in. Didn't impinge too much on my speed, but had too push through. Might be something to do with some bad posture because I'm sat revising all day.

Orienteering (Sprint) 13:00 [5]

Went down KB on a course I'd planned ages ago. Thought it would be easier than it was - I made quite a few errors and route choice wobbles. Running quite hard though - pretty painful in my chest. Slightly perturbed and I'll have to see how I'm running tomorrow.

Cycling 35:00 [3]

Went out on my bike for two laps of the seat. Good to be out, felt tough on the first lap (14.11) but then easier on the second (13.05). Not pushing particulary on either just good to be away from the revision. Feel completly better but must be careful.
