Warm up: rowing, hip hinges, and pushup's

Pull-ups. Not feel alot of progression here, need to work on healing my shoulders properly before trying to strengthen I think.

Deadlifts, up to 45 kg, not feeling it today so stayed there. 10x-15kg, 10x 20kg, 10x 25kg, 10x-35kg, then 3 sets of 5x 45kg.

43lb thrusters in sets of ten, with ten burpies in between. 5x

Shoveling snow...for about 3 hours today, trying to get the drivewy a bit wider this afternoon, and got about 1/6 of the deck cleared which was a meter deep :(

stretching and rolling...after all that shoveling. hopefully I won't be feeling it.
