Ski Touring 3:00:00 [3]

The Gorge with Jean-Michel and Mat. skied 2 laps off the face, E/NE of the summit. A lone splitboarder triggered a size 2 in the south bowl, punched the slope right in the center, he was lucky he was able to ride out of it, and didn't get injured. Don't worry, we were not considering skiing that slope. ;-)

1000m row. 1:52/500m for first 500m, then started to burn out, didn't leave enough in the tank. Was supposed to be able to lower my split with 400m, 200m, and 100m left.

10x: Push press 55lb's, Pull-up's from box, and crunches. 3 sets.

Warm up: Rowing, push-up's, squat's and Push press building up the weight.

10x 14lb wall balls, 10 pushups, 10x 8kg kettlebell thrusters, 10 dips. 9 rounds in 20 min. wasn't pushing too hard today.
