Warm up: rowing, hip hinges, and pushup's

Pull-ups. Not feel alot of progression here, need to work on healing my shoulders properly before trying to strengthen I think.

Deadlifts, up to 45 kg, not feeling it today so stayed there. 10x-15kg, 10x 20kg, 10x 25kg, 10x-35kg, then 3 sets of 5x 45kg.

43lb thrusters in sets of ten, with ten burpies in between. 5x

Shoveling snow...for about 3 hours today, trying to get the drivewy a bit wider this afternoon, and got about 1/6 of the deck cleared which was a meter deep :(

stretching and rolling...after all that shoveling. hopefully I won't be feeling it.

Ski with Stuart, Eiri and Cassie. alternated between chatting with the grils and going ahead with Stuart and chatting with him. Started with Mickey Olsen Loop and Evelyn's Choice, then out past Cedar Ramble and Beaver Lake Road. Felt really good to be on my skate ski's, only my second time out in the past 5 years. hard to beleive it's been that long...
