Running warm up/down 25:00 [2]

Orienteering 49:00 [4]

SEDs sprint training in Stirlingshire. Started well, first wee route choice course (6min) went well and less hesitant than i expected. Then line course (4min) slight hesitation around the church, didnt look up enough. Then a wee course, number 1 cought me out cause it didnt have a discription. Longer course, really good route choice legs, but i was crap, was collecting controls, didnt really consider the map enough when i got to the controls as was too buisy picking up the kites, just a bit sloppy really. Then it was off to Mines wood, started well, spiked number one, then couldnt find no.2 was join by spongie as we stood there scratching our heads, eventually found it but was def a bit dodge. Went ok from then untill no 5, where unfortunately running out of itone foot got caught and the other landed in a hole with a crack! Not good news first time i have ever really done anything to my ankle but with proper attention and positive attitude, in a weeks time i will be raring to go!
