by 9.5 my behind was kicked! much walking required at the end. No wind - but legs were strong!! definitely fighting an illness - have been sleeping a lot.

first time with this DVD. Sort of followig the 90 day schedule, but I just can't fit in the whole hour every day. I also skip days when I run. Anyway - lotsa pushups!

This was so easy. Rt knee (arthritis) is very 'tweaky'. Bummer, beautiful, beautiful morning Physically felt fantastic otherwise.

Has been grinding during the day. dang. Now I'm stronger from P90X, nd I've been running faster and now the inevitable...we';ll see
