Note

right calf ok after o race. Left tight as well as lower hamstring.

Spent 30 minutes in gym rolling and stretching, felt like it eased off.

Strong pain in left calf from lunchtime sitting at desk. Walking about eased it a little.

Went to Dunblane medical practice as concerned it was a DVT. Similar pain from previous time. Clot in bottom hamstring? Injury not like a strain. Tender to touch top of calf.

No swelling so advised unlikely to be DVT.

Went to Pilates and circuits which helped ease it up. Sore for running so didn't do but ok on most exercises.
