Headed up to Blairdenon from Sheriffmuir and watched the ochil 2000 race across a very soggy Menstrie Moss - no one was enjoying it accept godders in around 6th at that point.

From Stirling HS out to Carron Vally and back. Tri-bars used where possible on lumpy roads. Wind assisted out but lots more climb, so got back much quicker
