DILDO 3 - gorgeous evening and terrain unbelievably dry.
All going well until cutting through two groups of cattle with calves. They were not impressed and started pegging it across groups and I was in the middle. Sprinted across gap and got through, but pretty scary. Missed 8 and went straight to 9, heart pumping and relieved.
Upside was path from Old Glen Rd to the golf course, awesome.

Great route - kippenrait through Kier and return. Pushed along but not moving well and Achilles/ lower calf nippy later on. Stunning evening and lovely views.
Aiming to run at 4.30 but proved a bit too much off road. Take it adjusted and good to get HR up a bit.
