River Teith explore- thought I’d found route around the wildlife park but undergrowth getting tricky, so had to double back and nipped through one way system. Then followed river west up to windfarm track (towed behind Andy T (I think) and pal for a bit (they where going to loch Tay) then headed home.

Ride with lard around Polmaise and Sauchie. Not feeling the love for technical riding, protecting glute. Got into it and some great trails.

After not being able to walk on Thursday, happy with glute outcome.

Exciting new paths out near Kinbuck. Saw Josie, who said it was a nice route - and it was.

On way back, sharp pain in glute and hip like a trapped nerve. Had to walk and jog home. Could be influence of golfing yesterday, hope not serious.

The plan was to run through Biggins Wood to Kier. Nettles were a bit high so tried to go closer to A9, but eventually cut losses to come back via Doune Rd. Still good to find some new bits.
