Run up Mount Tennant with Katie, Tara and Zoe. Really good fun. Fairly steady on the way up, easy jog/walk on the way down. No pain in ankle now, still a bit swollen and unstable. Wore ankle brace. Was fun :)

Mountain bike ride along some of the centenary trail. Got very cold when it started to hail and never really warmed up. Was fun :)

Aquajogging at the Canberra olympic pool. They have a whole lane for gentle exercise so a whole lane to myself which was brill. Was fun :)
