Note

I currently seem to be recording my training in three different training diaries for various reasons and I am fairly terrible at doing it. Therefore I have decided to make things simpler and keep more consistency I will just update my training in one training diary. Unfortunately attackpoint is not the chosen training diary. I will however update a few sessions occasionally when I feel it may be interesting.
