Really tired from a big group project this week. Had planned to train but went swimming and to a party instead

Platousport Fjellkarusell Løp 1 - Lyderhorn. Pleased with the uphill. Feeling very uncoordinated on the downhill and kept getting cramp in my calves and ended up losing 90s to the girl I was at the top with.
