Jogged down to the gate and out of camp. A few drills before the session.

Morning interval session. 5x 5mins on 2mins off around a loop around Raulston.

Potentially went of a little quickly on the first one but aiming to stay below 3:50min/km.

Hard work but legs felt good. Need to start doing more intervals.
