Hitting the intervals on a Tuesday.
Started with a 2k warm-up, then straight into.
800, 600, 400, 200, 400, 600, 800 all with 200m walk/jog recovery. 2:25(3:02), 1:52(3:07), 1:09(2:53), 35(2:59), 1:10(2:55), 1:52(3:08), 2:40(3:20)
A hard session, the lactate seem to build quite quickly, but felt quick for some of it. I was trying to keep the pace under 3mins/k for all of them, but really struggled to keep the pace that high on the final couple.
About 3k in toal as a warm down.
