Had an absollutally awful run my concentration was bad on nearly all of the controls and i kept going over on my ankle so had to walk for a period of time while i waited for it to stop hurting. but other than that iv got no excuses it was just a really bad run

Short and fast should probably done another interval but didnt. My time around the loop was faster than it has been so I'm gatting fitter and faster.

Got up early and went for a run that was a lot longer than i expected it to be but was going at a good pace most of the way until i junpthrough a hedge and hert my shin.
