spiked:28/35c

18km is a stupidly long way. was good for the first 10k then started to get tired and made a few small mistakes then lost about 10mins on a route choice. Its really off putting when you dont see anybody on your course for nearly the whole of the 10km last loop. but it was fun and i did alright.

Felt really slow and forgot to strech before i started so had to stop half way around.
