went for a bike ride with some guys from uni as a hang over buster, was feeling pretty bad for the first half but gradually felt better as i sobered up

Run with Stevie B a pretty good route down to hunters bar along the outside of endcliffe park then up oakbrooke road on the hanging waterway to fulwood road down fullwood road until the union and then down towards waitrose and up eky road, stopped at huntersbar. legs felt quite dead think had done a bit to much on them in core session, was running ok though steve did leave me behind a little on the hills and on last section.
