Run to the start.

Northern Champs- felt good running and navigation was good. pushed hard at the start to make sure two minute man didnt catch me and managed to maintain the whole way need to run like that in all races. Nav- good and not many mistakes could definitly of gained some time though.

Sprint race around a park in newcastle went pretty well lost about 30 seconds maybe a little more due to mistakes and took a few wrong routes.
