Warm up jog to the woods then a tempo around the longest loop. Hard work, the legs were tight after yesterday.

Headed out for a long run. Headed around the golf course and all the way around the woods, I then thought I would be smart and run around the training area, It did not go well. I ended up doing around 2.5k out and back along a hedge row, before heading back to camp.

Poor time management today so running in the dark. Ended up on te local learner driver loop which was a little odd then did 10 one hundred metre intervals in a car park before heading back.
