Out towards Whilton, down to the canal then along to the Brockhall road, back up the bridleway and across the field from Little Brington.

Threw in three threshold efforts. 1.5km 2km and 3.5km. Supposed to be doing a Regimental Athletics competition in a few weeks where I will probably have to run the 800, 1500 and 3000SC so though I would check that my body can still cope working hard on those distances. Legs are very sore now.

Running with Willy and Duncan. Over to Harpole and back. My legs were feeling a little better, until I put in an effort and they seized up a little.

Run from home, over to the half cut copse, then up to the moors over top road and on to the Brockhall bridleway and back. I tried to put in an effort on all the uphills, but my legs were in a alot of pain from last nights session, hamstrings and glutes were screaming on the final hill.
