Sunday morning cycle. Again seem to struggle to get my heart rate up.

Annoylingly I ended up on a broken bike, so no screen to see speed and stuff. So I randomly added in a few out of the saddle efforts in. 1, 2, 3 4 and 5 mins with the same recovery.

Started with 7 pull-ups and 5 box jumps every minute for 10 mins.

Moved back to the room to do some more core. Plank, some other ab stuff and a fair amount of glute stuff as well.

Easy run, on my own for the first time in a while and I had forgot how dull this loop can be.

The concrete walls are still there, they are still grey and they don't look like they will be moving in a hurry.

Wasn't feeling it at all so stopped after 8 laps.
