Managed to get out at lunch for my long run of the week. It is going to be a busy weekend so I won't get a chance on Sat or Sun.

Decided to head out on the rage road and do a loop of most of the training area. The roads were a little busier than I expected so might a avoid that route again.

Felt good for the majority of the run, but the legs started to feel tired in the final few k. Seemed to be moving a little quicker than I expected at some points.
