A return to the East Midlands Grand Pre at The Blisworth 5 Mile race, a decade after last running it. A hard undulating course. Felt like my heart was going to explode for a fair amount of it. Seems like there is a bit of work to be done to get back to my running fitness 10 years ago, but I think I am in better shape than I expected.
