Running intervals 25:00 [4]

Turned up to Harriers to find its club champs the next 3weeks, didn't fancy hanging around ages in the cold to do an 800m, so did intervals/fartlek on the canal instead. 1min hard, 1min30 jog x10. Got to the far entrance to the beech trees before turning around at half way. Good session.

10x1min hills at Spittal, 2min slow jog back down recovery. Legs felt a bit sluggish to start but soon got into it.

Mum was going to Elgin so got a lift to Culbin :) Ran to the sea, along the beach and then back into the forest for some of Roz's blue course from the Moray Mix.

Had my first proper massage :) Thought it would be hellishly painful but actually not too sore at all.
