THOMASS #3. 5th place - Hammer, Duca, Snoop, Laszlo before me, Sudden right behind. Good field, heavy going, deep snow and hills. Breathing felt much better than expected.

Up the hill and back, but with some extra hills and distance thrown in to bring it to 90 minutes.

Up the hill and straight back. Very cold! Chest very sore still from Wednesday, also hips - from running on the icy surface I guess.

Another one of Hans' Wed workouts. Great workout, but very tough on the breathing (cold).

Up the hill and back. Legs felt better than I'd expected after the weekend, but breathing was bad.
