Rockcliffe course set by Snoop. Very soft crust, hard going.

Ran with Snoop, Hammer, and Sudden up Hidden Valley and Grindstone Creek to Rockcliffe and back down. Nice run but slippery and starting to rain.

Note

Rest day. Finding myself very tired with cumulative effect of training much more than I'm accustomed to over the last few weeks.

The plan: take it very easy for a week starting today; then 3 good weeks; then another very easy week to taper for the Pig.

Another great workout with the Hammerlings. Tired though from the last week, dropped way back. Treated it a bit more like an extended strength workout. Chest hurt more than it has recently.
