5 minute warm up 19 minutes of effort 4* 1min stood up hard, 1min hard sat down, 1 min fast easy legs then 2*1min stood up hard, 1min hard sat down 10 minute cool down.
So hot but good beasting session good to finish.
Wow knackered again went into university had skype interview. Came home for lunch and just crashed out for 4 hours in the afternoon. This illness might have pretty much gone now but its affecting my recovery I am getting a good 8 hours sleep at the moment if not more since Monday.
Easy on the elliptical. Coudln't do more clogged up chest and not feeling power from anywhere.

Amazing what a good sleep does! feeling miles better still a bit chesty coughing wise and stuffed up. Ended up being a long day I was so tired by the time I got home I just fell into bed, and got quite sore DOMS from the gym session I did.
Not getting worse or better. Went for a very easy swim with Bry relaxing and then a wee walk for some fresh air but not more and tried my run walk in the sun
Not feeling any better really poor nights sleep lovely day wandering round archipelago and looking at the view getting fresh air but definitely summer cold
Went canoeing on one of the lakes north of Gothenburg brilliant fun
Otherwsie wasn't feeling tip top last night bad headache sore ears so today was just an easy day.
Aqua jogging
felt good - by which i mean it was tough and I found it hard but it felt good to be in the pool doing a session heart rate 160bpm after my intervals so think continuing with it I will get the benefits.
Watching tiomila and supporting the third team (well supporting all the ladies teams but particularly following third team checking people in and out taking jackets) SO wish I'd been in that mass start but hey next year!
