Orienteering race (November Classic) 57:32 [4] *** 7.9 km (7:17 / km) +100m 6:51 / km
shoes: innovate mud claw 270

More info later when i have scanned the map in.
Have done some analysis in book.
Having looked at the results I lost 2 minutes on 4 and 5 where i had woolly routes and attack points! Learn from this!!
I'm not sure how to put my map on even though I have scanned it in.

Orienteering warm up/down (SEJS) 15:00 [2]
shoes: Old Innovate mud claw 270's

Warm up mainly was really cold and im ashamed to say i didn't really warm down i jst wanted to put warm clothes on and get in the car.

Orienteering (SEJS) 30:00 [3]

An attack points course coaching one of the people from SEJS was good she is fast, and is bizarre how everything seems much easier when u r coaching... need to find out what im doing, i think im looking ahead more and looking wider in the map for features and possible mistakes but im not sure...?
We realised needed to slow down way more from attack point to get control without mistake.

Orienteering (SEJS) 40:00 [3] ***

A traffic lights course. Think i should have applied this more at November classic today.
Really helped go fast on tracks/ line features then concentrate in the circle which is exactly what i need to do especially when we chose good attack points so combine them and it would be really useful. Also changing speed helps you collect info in easy running parts and identify what will be hard and red.
Next event (after nov classic) will try this more.

Orienteering (SEJS Relay) 30:00 [4]

Clock relay
Was a change of scale and use of smaller features and a race, i thought i did ok but did not particularly apply techniques practising in the morning.
i was so cold i just wanted it to end so i was going fast rather than thinking bout orienteering counterintuative normally.
