Did 5 minute warm up on the bike but the sitting back bike.
Then did 15 minute HR intervals on the other bike it was really hard/intense.
Then I did 10 on the rowing machine.

Restarted core again, very weird but not as hard as expecting.

First training since got back was warm and sweaty...! mmm yeah quite hard work didn't do any running as havn't been to the physio yet.
It's a bit weird as i don't know what training im going to do tomorrow but we shall see.
