Cycling 1:10:00 [4]

Dad took me out on my bike while Mum and Bry ran. We went the long way around on a hilly route that stayed mainly on quiet country roads and some rough tracks. Was up and down most of the way just some flat at the end. I overtook some mountain bikers up a hill!!! Though they re-overtook me on the flat. Was so good to be doing some real hard work and just getting out.

Cycling 40:00 [3]

Cycled home after meeting Mum and Bry in Ashridge at the Cafe. Bry took Dad's bike and we went off road on the way home was really fun but a bit slower. Raced mum and dad home we got there first even though we got a bit lost...

Core 30:00 [1]

Abs and stuff - sit ups and drop outs leg lifts etc

Swimming 25:00 [4] 0.8 km (31:15 / km)

1 length is 25m

2 x breast stroke easy
2 x breast stroke
2 x front crawl
4 x breast stroke
4 x front crawl
6 x breast stroke
8 x front crawl
2 x breast stroke
2 x front crawl

Couldn't manage my normal 30 minutes because didn't realise the pool closed as early as half six but got a good 25 mins in anyway.

Note

Went to the physio today for my leg and she said that the pain is really localised on an area that is not muscly so it is highly likely i have a bone reaction, basically the bone is bruised. This could turn into a stress fracture if I don't rest from high impact training (ie runninng) so I need to rest and cross train which was the plan anyway.
