Went to see the physio again today.
She had a feel round of my leg and where it hurt before due to the bruised bone was healing well and I could run twice a week as a guide but the problem causing it was still there and I would probably still get some pain until then(when I get orthotics as a I have flat feet). This is good news feel i can run at JIRCs now as long as I ice after running. And I can start some running once I get to Edinburgh.
Just have to decide if I feel I can do SHI's now - good experience but quite close to JEC?
