Convinced mum I was well enough for a llong run and so we went for a beautiful snowy run through ashridge. Tried a shot block - an energy block like a wine gum but much tastier and easier to swallow. Much prefer to sweets or gel in long races now I think.

Woke up really early on christmas morning, before 7am! So got up and went for a cousin on a nice quick hilly run before festivities began. Can do this run about 4 minutes quicker...

Dad took me out for a run was a bit fast than a could really handle to be honest but survived and don't feel any iller!

First run back took it easy. Was hard in a way just to run and very cold. But no downward move in condition afterwards.
