This was supposed to be my rest day this week so I have kept it in. Felt ok till about 7pm and then a nasty headache and fluey stuffed nose and cough came on.

Tried out a run as everyone else was going and knew it wouldn't be too fast paced. Had stuffed up nose to start but didn't feel too bad once got going.
Just a note feel like glands swollen coming down with something and travelling so taken a days rest as realise have done 8 days with no rest after being badly ill.

Warm up: 15 minutes then some drills too.
5*3 minute hills with jog down recovery and a long one between rep3 and 4. Found it tough session but missed so much and want to start introducing the hills more.
15 minutes cool down.
