Drills session with Kelly attempted and managed most trying to ignore my foot.
Really have to make sure I concentrate on good technique and quick feet when I get proficient at the technique. Am going to try practicing good arms.

Med ball workout with Elle went through some well know and some new exercises to try with the med ball. Interesting and a good workout shall take into the gym next few weeks especially as getting core into shape.

Went out for a cycle up a valley to the peak district and roud burbage moor and back into Sheffield. Was a beautiful day sunny but pretty windy (could feel it slowing me as I was descending!) Just enjoyed being out in the moor and the two hours went past very quickly. Tried clip in pedals for the first time and they are so good up hills love them. Unfortunately got a puncture on the edge of Sheffield and had to walk 40 minutes back...
