Running 4:09:20 [2] 17.69 km (14:06 / km) +1123m 10:42 / km

New years walk up Snowdon and run down.

Running 17:56 [3] 3.08 km (5:49 / km) +135m 4:46 / km

Finished the run with some hill reps.
3* 3.30 with jog down.

Running 3:40:40 [2] 18.0 km (12:16 / km) +1005m 9:35 / km

Long run and walk up Y Garn and then the Glyders and back down the long flat spur into capel curig. Struggled up first steep up with Quentin adn Jonny but the rest was good.

Hilly run around horseshoe above the youth hostel. Running majority except very steep uphills. This is the running I like in the hills with a group :)

Running 40:00 [2] 6.0 km (6:40 / km)

Run into Lllanberis and around the castle with the family. Fairly easy pace.
Maxximal up last 4 minute hill.

In Llanberis went on a terrain and track run with Dad up the nearest hill jsut before it got dark. Felt rubbish after travelling but loved the wind and being out there :D

Warm up jog and few drills. Pretty good day for a race had been raining but dried up, not too warm or windy,

Running race 41:32 [4] 10.01 km (4:09 / km) +75m 4:00 / km

10 km race - Riblle valley pretty flat and on closed roads.
First km all good then felt like I was working waaay too ahrd for next 6km then managed to think myself lighter on my feet and it felt easier then as not so far back to the end!
Didn't have much of an expectation for my time except to double 5km pb which is just over 20 minutes so this is ok, would still like it faster though.

Warm down trying to spot Mr Brownlee - failed though he definitely ran!

Core and stretching - felt pretty rubbish today and give foot a rest before race tomorrow. Went for a walk instead.
