Big Weekend City race - A course
Did as 5 intervals, a bit frsttrating in places because gates weren't open etc but mostly good and 90% of the time new the ddescription and route into and out of control ie had planned well.
Having niggly left glute so decided to give running a rest for the day.
Did various different things building intensity and keeping rpm and a few hill climb type things. Geeking Loughrigg maps happier now.
Warm up exercises
Usual Monday but I missed out the push press and made sure I did all the core and single and pull ups properly.
Made sure I had time to stretch and roll out.
