Run with Dad round near grandparents got a bit lost but good run anyway.

Coledale horseshoe - brutal first climb! Struggled but enjoyed the second climb and beyond!
Lost lots of time downhill (not saying up was perfect) lack experience/skill to throw myself down.

Canal, Craiglockhart, Braids, Craigmillar and the seat - but not quite to the top.
Was trying to maintain less than 5:30 average pace.
Stopped early to stretch out calf and foot then fine after that. First shorts and t-shirt run!
