15 minute warm up and 10 minute cool down
Took the 3 hills in slottskogen in a row all in one tempo interval making effort on up and down, 10.55 with 80 seconds rest. Seemed more specific to do this; including up and down and along and using a variety of surfaces and gradients.

5* 4 minutes on 1 minute off around the artton at skatas.
Good running in a group measure up better over the long intervals.
Some quite big climbs and descents so averaging about 4min/km for most. Maybe more like 4.20 on the big up hill one.
Warm down 16 minutes also... not planned at all!
