Cool sprint orienteering on the area right next to the flat.
Really good fun. Not sure I was picking optimum routes. Forgotten how much little things and being absolutely sure makes a difference in a sprint race. And how much fun a sprint race is!!

Short short warm up I messed up catching the bus so we were 10 minutes later than planned.
Felt pretty off this morning continually up early back to the flat after 9 needing to eat, packing for the next morning = far less sleep than usual. Thankful next week will be an easy week.

Hmmm bit sloppy started well making good plans but easily stressed and thus distracted by lots of peopl running through me when I missed 2 slightly and then when the weather turned foul. I started out in a thermal and o top completely appropriate for the then weather by the time I finished it was blowing a gale and had been raining then it turned to snow. It was freezing. Thank the orienteering gods for a shower and sauna in the club hut after.
Map uploaded when I get a chance to visit the library and scan it in, severly limited in opportunities this week.
Not exactly a difficult course just had to really keep up with where you are all the time, I kept trying to look ahead and see where the control was and how to get to it then losing where I was on the path/my route.
Night o requires much better contact than the day.

Running around Stora Delsjön, beautiful night for it. Barely anyone about though.
Not a lot to say about it I felt ok running, been really tight between my shoulder blades all day I think its the labelling.
This run was refreshing actually although it meant another late evening out when combined with strength with GMOK.

Mix of running drills (20 mins), jumping/plyo (10 mins) and core circuit(30 minutes) in the GMOK strength session. Good tunes in the core and good to get a mix of activities!

I did actually stay and play 15 minutes of innebandy tonight it was fun but i had a hard time really getting into it I was knackered!

Feeling tight on itb's and just generally tired all day.
Tight between shoulders.

8*4/1 min on the 5 its hillier and twistier than the 8.
I possibly set off a bit hard on the first two Struggled on the third and then almost fell to floor on the fourth. 5th and 6th just hit the wall. The final two just about kept going with the group there to keep me going. Few what a session. Good to punctuate the orienteering and slow stuff with the occasional really tough session! Hard to compare paces and distance on this loop as big mix of up and down.
Then 10 min warm down jog.
No time to stretch straight after as had to get into girls meeting. I maybe understood 50% of it, got the gist anyway and Viktoria explained it after anyway. Interesting to hear everyones goals.

Phew knackered from the weekend.
