Another foray into Ashridge.

First run back home! Just headed round the fields into the edge of Ashridge and back through the common. So muddy makes you feel really slow but also like you're working really hard.

Fartlekky hills session. Ran around slottskogen and at various points (on the hills) did an effort.
Then did some drills at the end.

Nice still struggling with breathing but otherwise fairly standard some extra tree climbing as lots of trees down at the south end.

little nervous about running after past few days but felt ok if a little dehydrated

Grus8an
8km time trial on the eljuspar at Skatasfirst 2 km flat then climb for 1.5km and down for another 1km, then along the edge of the delsjon and the climb for 500m and down for 500m then last km is flat.
Possibly took the hill quite hard couldnt relax on the down hill and developed a stitch had to stop to stretch it out.
Otherwise not too bad Lillian and Emma did 30.15/30.20 and Anna did 32.02 so not far down on her.
